The master plan for this mixed use development project includes approximately 260 single family residential lots. Nearly one-half of the residential lots border the 18-hole golf course for a gorgeous open space view overlooking the golf course which is accented with lakes. All lots are served with gently curved streets which creates a nice residential feel for home occupants in the subdivision.

The first phase includes 115 lots, both on-course and off-course. Currently 67 lots are sold leaving a nice selection among the 48 remaining lots that are for sale. All lots are completely provided with infrastructure with off-course lots beginning at $35,000 and on-course lots beginning at $64,000. There are also two condo sites under construction by private developers, Summerset and Teres View, both locations with on-course and off-course condo sites.
