The teeing area on this downwind par 4 sits up on the side of the hill with a great view across the lake to number 1 green and number 2 tees. This straight-away hole slopes from left to right and ranges from 333 yards at the front to 435 yards from the tips. Although the hole is slightly uphill, it will play shorter on most days and the cross slope drainage swales will give both the landing area and greensite great visual definition and shadows. The greensite is obviously set up to easily accept left to right shots coming from the fade inducing landing area. Bunkering at the front right of the green further rewards the natural left to right shot into the greensite and also allows greater distance control into the green for right-handed players.
